Menopur + Gonal-f Video

So, probably not the best video, because I ran out of memory on my phone at the end, and I could have done better describing during the video, but I just wanted to share asap for those who want to reduce the burn of the Menopur!

Steps:

1. Combine the Menopur as instructed in the typical manor that you were instructed, however you can use a less of the liquid that you're adding to the Menopur, usually calls for 1 cc I used roughly half that. Make sure it totally dissolves, if it looks like it needs more fluid just add a bit more, but adding the Gonal-f will help with dissolving it as well.

2. Dial up your Gonal-f pen as you normally would for the dosage that you were prescribed, I was prescribed 150, so I then just injected that in the Menopur bottle.

3. Once the medications are all combined in the Menopur bottle (don't shake it), just pull it into the syringe as you would normally do if you were just doing the Menopur. Now you have just 1 injection, and it seriously cuts the burn!
