Birth Control

Kind of interesting that the beginning of a new IVF cycle starts with birth control. I remember when I started taking birth control so I wouldn't get pregnant. I've been off birth control since 2011 and it's strange to think that this little pill also means starting a process for fertility treatment. So, to recap this cycle so far...

CD 1 Thursday 4/14/16: Called clinic with my cycle day 1

CD 3 Saturday 4/16/16: Went to clinic for bloodwork, call from RN, start birth control pills

The clinic I go to is great! They are super timely with their calls and sticking with the plan of care. I generally know when they are going to call, and don't really feel left in the lurch. The RN also told me that she'd up-date me if they get the results from the genetic lab. I hope that I might get some news on the results this week. The genetic lab told me they generally get results complete around 5-7 business days.
